An ideal opportunity for someone wanting to expand their expertise within the Market Access and Commercial space. My client operates within the rapidly growing rare disease, cell and gene therapy world, partnering with top clinical stage biotechs and pharma companies to drive their commercial success.

Role Overview:

As an Associate Director, the right person will be integral to project delivery on the range of services the firm provides including Route to Market and Value Demonstration. The role involves a high degree of business development evolving the client base on a global level, as well as thought leadership and personnel development.

Successful candidates typically responsible for:

  • Project lead/management on both medium and larger projects
  • Ensure high quality research and analysis for client recommendations
  • Lead and use initiative during client engagement to understand their needs
  • Identify from clients follow-on work to increase the project scope and develop new opportunities
  • Present at conferences and webinars as a subject matter expert
  • Write content for the client’s website and other marketing activities
  • Effectively lead and manage the analysts and consulting team
  • Be a supporting mentor and coach to provide staff development and career progression

The right individual will possess the following:

  • Strength in Regulatory, pricing and reimbursement processes for orphan drugs in EU
  • Experience in the rare disease, cell and gene therapy with a successful track record
  • Market Access professional with at least 5 years pharmaceutical strategy consulting
  • Track record of core project delivery experience is vital
  • Background in research and analysis specifically to provide new approaches to research
  • A persuasive presenter and excellent communicator
