Inside Sales Manager

I am partnered with an exciting, innovative company who specialise in providing clinical research technology solutions to the Life Sciences market. They are coming off the back of a record breaking year in headcount and revenue growth and as a result they are looking to continue expanding their commercial team globally, by hiring an Inside Sales Manager in Europe.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Hunt for new opportunities within the biopharma market by using multiple sources.
  • Become an expert in the market, Understanding evolving customer needs and position products and services appropriately.
  • Generate meetings and qualify leads in target markets.
  • Add to pipeline growth, increase deals and convert to closed/won sales. (cold calling, email actions, social media outreach).
  • Attend meetings, strategize on accounts, and provide feedback to the Global Head of Client Engagement.
  • Provide proper handoffs of Qualified Leads to Directors and VPs with the goal of setting meetings, generating RFIs & RFPs, ultimately winning sales.

Requirements

  • 12 months Inside Sales experience, inclusive of; Prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and email outreach.
  • Ability to use multiple sources, technologies, and data to generate qualified leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Life sciences with CRO or eClinical experience being advantageous.
  • Must have excellent research and analytical skills.
