Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 (Experience dependent)

Due to our expansion, our Regulatory Affairs team is looking to grow and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in RA to focus on expanding our client base and becoming a core point of contact for some of our biggest accounts globally.
We have a highly experienced Regulatory team who have a substantial and established network, enabling us to offer consultants a warm desk supporting clients across Europe and the US. Apsida is also focused on tailored career progression, autonomous working and hybrid flexibility based on your preference.
As a 360 consultant, your focus will be speaking with clients and candidates within the regulatory market, building relationships to better understand their specific needs with the aim of picking up business and placing candidates within roles across the UK, Europe and the United States.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1-year recruitment experience as 360 consultant, with proven success
– Experience within Regulatory Affairs recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
– Working as a consultant with established accounts but also being tasked with generating new business
– Supporting the Business Manager with client meetings, new business, and expanding new accounts
– Focussed on winning retained, exclusive contingent, and contract work for the Regulatory vertical
– Optimising our current clients and pitching solutions with the aim to building long-term accounts
– Building your own recruitment desk within Regulatory Affairs
– Sourcing candidates from Junior to C-Suite positions, globally
– A specialist within your market, with the ability to guide and develop junior consultants within your vertical
– Attending conferences and client meetings to widen client base and build professional relationships
