Salary: €70,000 - €130,000

I am partnered with an exciting, innovative CRO who specialise in Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance. My client has a huge presence across Europe but with a key focus across CEE and the Nordics offering quick and consistent patient recruitment for Phase I-IV and medical device clinical trials.

They have vast experience in numerous therapeutic fields, CNS, Oncology, Metabolic disorders rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology etc. At the very heart of the company is values, this is how they shape the internal culture and environment.

I am in search for a Business Development Director with phase I and II experience who will be reporting directly into the Head of Business Development to join their expanding team.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify new business opportunities for Clinical Operations and Early Phase Unit and proactively look for solutions how to fulfil them
  • Lead generate and attract new clients
  • Prepare and lead bid defence meetings
  • Successfully achieve sales goals
  • Initiate and lead client meetings
  • Maintain company’s CRM system
  • Represent the company at professional conferences and events

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Life Science field
  • 5 years of experience in sales (clinical trials)
  • Knowledge of sales relevant systems, e.g. SalesForce
  • Self-confidence, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Fluent English
