    Recognising the responsibility within recruitment to provide fair, equitable, and inclusive services, we’ve gained valuable insights into advancing D&I in the Life Sciences industry.

    The initiation of our Women in Leadership series was a natural step, driven by Regulatory Affairs Business Manager, Ethan Cortese. The series aimed to shed light on barriers faced by women in leadership, showcase strategies for overcoming challenges, and prompt executive leadership teams to reflect on the importance of gender diversity.
