Oncology Focussed Biotechnology

Apsida partnered with an Oncology focussed biotechnology company based in the United Kingdom. They were building out a senior management group across various verticals, to aid the company in progressing pre-clinical and clinical assets. These hires were put in place to build the respective groups to support future clinical trials and product approvals.

We did a combination of both contingent and retained searches. Being retained meant we were able to plug more time/resources into the team including engaging our research team. This resulted in a successful placement and the client to onboard the candidate in the designated time frame. 

During our partnership we completed frequent catch up calls and F2F meetings with the account manager and consultant to ensure we ran a smooth recruitment process that resulted in success.

We placed a Head of Regulatory Affairs, Head of CMC, Head of Quality, Director Clinical Development. The client is extremely happy and are now putting plans in place to develop the teams.
