Apsida partnered with a mid-sized global management consultancy who had just been through a large merger/acquisition with a Data Analytics sub-division, based in London, United Kingdom. Following this acquisition, they had a slight increase in attrition at senior level coupled with an expansion in certain specialist business units. This left a desperate need for specific talent.
We completed two contingent searches. We completed these contingent searches utilising the team effort to effectively landscape the market for relevant talent. Given our niche expertise in the market, we were able to approach the relevant candidates directly resulting in first interviews less than 3 days from commencement.
Due to the high level of talent we presented, the client then decided to skip a stage in the process after speaking with the hiring manager and delivered an offer immediately. During our partnership we were in direct contact with HR to schedule interviews and provide feedback from both sides. This enabled us to manage the process seamlessly and ensure all parties were happy with the offer, resulting in a swift acceptance.
Outcome
We placed a Director of Systematic Review, Director – HTA, Senior Consultant – Market Access . The client was thrilled and have invited the team to a service review to build on plans for 2023. In addition, they have put us in contact with the US HR Lead to run with the European campaigns.
