Clinical IRT Organisation

Apsida partnered with a Clinical IRT organisation based in London, who were looking to improve its brand reputation as well as create a sustainable hiring strategy and secure incredible talent. 

We pitched a retained solution as it would enable us to create a quicker turnaround on CVs, have regular touch points with the clients and consulted them on what “good” would look like for their organisation. 

We agreed on a prompt but thorough interview process which enabled us to hire 54 people in total. The client was thrilled not only with the success that they had with hiring talent, but also developing a strong partnership with us which we’ve now extended upon.
