Apsida partnered with an Autoimmune Disease focussed Biotechnology based in Germany who were looking to rapidly upscale following successful financing/IPO and trials progressing to larger, later phases.

We offered this client a combination of all 3 of our services: Contingent for the junior/mid level hires, Retained for the more strategic directorship level positions and Contract/Interim solutions for project-specific needs within their portfolio.

For the Retained search, we also implemented weekly update video calls to keep the client updated with the progress of the search, and enabled open communication helping us to refine our search if needed.

We have now placed their Head of Clinical Operations, Head of CMC, Head of Regulatory Affairs, Head of Clinical Trial Supply, Head of Quality Management, as well as approx. 15 other staff members across their various teams. The client is extremely happy and is developing an exciting portfolio of assets from Phase 1 to Phase 3!
